Rider Responsibilities
Clients/Riders take full responsibility for the inherent dangers of motor transport by engaging with the booking service Wharton NYC Express. By purchasing a ticket through this site, clients are using a technology enabled organizational service, and agree to the following: clients agree not to hold Wharton NYC Express, its owners Eagle Entertainment LLC or Andrew J. Bilden, or operating vehicle partners liable for damage, injury or death.
